I, Lea, graduated magna cum laude with a journalism degree and served as editor-in-chief of "X"Press Magazine, the college publication of San Francisco State University (the magaizine circulation: 30,000) to help share information the community needs.
I also have a political science minor in honors as well. I led in two fortune 100 finance companies (State Farm and Northwestern Mutual), real estate (CityBldr and our own), private equity (Element Data-first round, an ABI Research's leading AI company; Knotis-early investors and former board member; aforementioned CityBldr where we were not only cofounders but the first and major investors; and Modernist, NYT's one of 3 places to go if you're in San Francisco and rich) and insurance (I was at State Farm 10 years incl. breaks through college and Northwestern Mutual 3 1/2 where I led the company and the west at times for advisors with the company under 5 years).
I worked at State Farm Insurance and Fabulous Homes Construction Company during school, as well as my Mom’s award winning architectural design company Andy Designs, which is best known for the test tube vase that flowers last longer in. I also started my own enterprises (with Marc and my now brother - in - law) selling designer sunglasses and bags online, which is probably why I'm so responsible. I no longer serve on any boards of for profit companies but we are behind companies that remain invested. We do not let this influence our clients whatsoever (hence we have a fiduciary to our clients and don’t serve on any boards). Our clients are our #1 priority if you can’t tell. ;)
Everything I have achieved I was recruited or nominated by peers to do, it’s part of why I’m so passionate as my client’s #1 most trusted advisor. I know the tremendous achievement we bring to our client’s lives to know what’s possible for our clients as well.
I have travelled to over 30 countries and over a dozen states and feel it makes me excellent at change and understanding everyone is unique in their needs. I am very philanthropic with decades of philanthropy experience including serving on multiple not - for - profit boards. Causes near and dear are women’s issues, children’s well being, and health. I’ve won numerous philanthropic awards including Outstanding Community Service Award from Marin County for my work with underage alcoholism and Above and Beyond Award with SF State. I also have been featured in the newspaper for my work with Big Brothers Big Sisters where I’ve mentored two incredibly smart young girls throughout their childhood who are now young women thriving and in college. This is not the full list of our philanthropy, achievements we are lifetime philanthropists. Please contact me if you would like more information about where we serve personally.
